Apparently you have to request luggage tags from Celebrity online from 45 days to 14 days out from the sailing date, for tags to be sent to you by mail. They will not be sent automatically. A 'luggage button' should appear on your reservation summary in this time period. 8 tags will be mailed to you.

The levy, known as an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (Esta), is currently free but from September 8, people will have to pay.
An Esta has been compulsory for all UK residents travelling to America since January 2009.
US Customs and Border Protection announced an interim rule covering the Esta will become effective on September 8.

Volcanic Ash from the Icelandic Volcano Eyjafjallajökull (pronounced ay-yah-FYAH-lah-yer-kuhl), disrupted flights in April & May 2010 and impacted severely on plans for pasengers from the UK & Europe to join the Voyager of the Seas in Texas, for the transatlantic to Barcelona.
